Rates

High season	$150 to $200
Low season	$100 to $150

The above rates apply to single/double occupancy.  All rooms are subject to a 7% Maine lodging tax.

High season runs from Memorial Day weekend to October 31st.

An added $20 is charged for each additional person sharing a room or suite.  Rates include a full breakfast.

Reservations are confirmed by a major credit card. We accept VISA, MasterCard and Discover.

Cancellations that are received 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date will not be subject to any charge.  If notice of cancellation is less than 14 days the full amount will be charged unless we are able to re-rent the room(s).

Check-in is 3:00 to 7:00pm. If a guest is delayed, we request that he/she call and give us an estimated time of arrival.

Checkout is 11:00 am.

Policies

Alewives & Ales is a smoke free facility.

Children over twelve are welcome.

We request that you leave your pets with sitters.

Please inform us if you have special dietary needs.
